Trentino,10 Km from Lake Garda,very nice semi-detached house;it is located in the area of PUR and is 100 mt. from the lake Located on a short private road absolutely quiet.House exposed very well and sunny all day.It consists of 2 apartments each with separate entrance , independent central heating and satellite TV.It is surrounded by about 1000 sqm. of fenced garden, equipped with tables,deckchairs,swing,barbecue.Each apartment has in the garden private spaces equipped with table,benches and deckchairs and common spaces.It has a laundry room with washing machine and small freezer in common use accessible to both apartments..Capacity from 2 to 5 beds.Ideal house for a relaxing vacation and for two families friends
