The accommodation

The apartment is arranged on an area of ​​approximately 45 m2. located on the first ground floor of the house. It is a brand new apartment, extremely bright, spacious and well furnished, it has a double bedroom with single mattresses and memory foam topper; the kitchen is complete with all the necessary crockery, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, French press coffee maker; the living area offers a large sofa that transforms into a double bed for two, and a comfortable pouf. The kitchen, living room and bedroom have air conditioning and double curtains, both light white and total black blackout.

Setting

This apartment has a small terrace overlooking the olive grove that borders the property, and the vineyard in front.
The large garden of approximately 1500 m2. surrounding the house will be completely available to guests, as will the table with benches in the garden itself. The newly completed garden is currently being grassed and sown and will presumably be ready by the end of May 2024.
Guests have also have access to the bicycle storage room, from which they can exit directly into the garden via a locked door, and access the public cycle path via the private gate.
Guests will also be able to book free use of the tavern with wooden table and chairs and fireplace via the booking link that you will find in the apartment. The final cleaning of the tavern and any wood for the fireplace are the responsibility of the Guest who booked it.
Each apartment has a dedicated and free outdoor parking area.
In the coming months the electric charging station for cars will be activated and will be positioned in the parking area. It will be public and easily bookable via the app.
In 2025, a new outdoor BBQ area will be built with a gazebo and pergola, completely available to guests for barbecues in company.
