Setting
The spacious garden which is approximately 1500 squared meters and surrounds the house will be at disposal of the guests, as well as the table with benches in the garden. Currently the completely new garden is in the inerbiment phase and will be released soon presumably by late May 2024.
Guests will have access to the bicycle storage room, from which they can exit directly into the garden via a locked door, and access the public cycle path via the private gate.
Guests will also be able to book free use of the tavern with wooden table and chairs and fireplace via the booking link that you will find in the apartment. The final cleaning of the tavern and any wood for the fireplace are the responsibility of the Guest who booked the tavern.
Each apartment has a dedicated reserved outdoor parking area, for free.
In the coming months the electric charging station for cars will be activated and will be positioned in the parking area. It will be public and easily bookable via app.
In 2025, a new outdoor BBQ area will be built with a gazebo and pergola, completely available to guests for barbecues in company.
