The accommodation

Mas Espigol is a Catalan Masia that has a main house with two independent annexes, an old Celler and a Masoveria.
It is located in a privileged environment, surrounded by vineyards and Mediterranean forest and just 4 km from the beach of Vilanova i la Geltrú.
Located on a plot of 72,000 m2. It has a large swimming pool of 14 x 3.5 m. and fenced solarium, a few meters from the vineyards, with beautiful views of the forest and the sea.
The Celler has a ground floor with a kitchenette, double room and bathroom, with direct access to the patio. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with a full bathroom each.
La Masoveria has an open-plan ground floor, where there is a kitchen and living room with a small guest toilet. On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms with their corresponding full bathrooms each.
The Masia has two double rooms with a full bathroom each, they serve to complete the capacity of the Masoveria and the Celler.
Mas Espigol is restored respecting the Masia and town house style with a Provençal air.
The farmhouse has a large interior patio, which has 2 barbecues, tables for eating and/or dining outdoors and a sofa area. It also has a children's play area and a large area where you can do outdoor sports, walks through the forest or through the vineyards. Children can enjoy great freedom, since the plot is closed around its entire perimeter. In the farmhouse there is a covered parking area where electric cars can be charged during sunny hours. The parking area is large and can accommodate several vehicles.
Mas Espigol is a farmhouse registered with the Department of Tourism of the Generalitat of Catalonia.

Setting

Mas Espigol has an immense garden, several hectares of forest, terraces of olive trees and a vineyard area, where you can walk. It is located in a privileged environment in Garraf, a few kilometers from the beach and surrounded by nature.
Mas Espigol is located in Vilanova y la Geltrú and 6 km from Sitges, both coastal cities with beautiful beaches.
Vilanova i la Geltrú is 5 minutes by car, it is a large city with all kinds of commerce, a large boulevard, the longest in Catalonia, which connects the center of the town with the sea and where you can walk, go shopping or choose from an extensive range of restaurants. Its historic center is pedestrian, its streets invite you to walk and observe centuries-old homes.

Activities and attractions

Mas Espigol is located in a vineyard area of Garraf, close to important wineries, where guided tours and wine tastings can be organized.
Near the farmhouse you will find routes for hiking and mountain biking.
If you are interested in practicing nautical sports activities, you can do: Open kayak · Paddle surf · Skate · Big SUP · Catamaran · Sailing · Sea kayak · Windsurfing... in the Vilanova marina.
If you want to practice Golf, the Terramar Sitges Golf course is 5 km away.
Less than 1km away there is a horse riding arena, a bowling alley, a space for climbing and a wide range of activities.
