Very cozy apartment, with 2 double bedrooms and a full bathroom, ideal for 4 people. It has a sofa bed in the dining room to accommodate 2 more people.

It has a terrace of about 8m2, with garden furniture, facing south with lots of light.

It is rented as a tourist apartment.

Optional parking space in the same building, with additional cost.

Pets are allowed with an additional cost of €25/pet.

It is located in a neighborhood with a lot of commerce around, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, fruit shops, hairdressers, coffee shops, bakeries, etc ...
Only about 20 minutes walk to the nearest beach and 15 minutes from downtown.
There is a city bus service just 100 meters from the portal.
Easy parking in the area, free of charge.
The train station can be reached by bus (15min) or on foot (20min).
Barcelona is only 40 minutes away by train. Trains leave every 10 minutes. There is also the possibility of arriving in Barcelona by Bus, leaving from the same train station.

Activities and attractions

Vilanova i la Geltrú, is a very complete city, because we can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea and its beaches, but also the mountain with its BBT routes, trails and its vineyards.

We have a privileged climate, since we are protected by the Massís de Garraf, obtaining a perfect micro-climate.

In the vicinity we find horse riding, golf, children's amusement centers, many restaurants of different specialties and prices, etc ...
