The accommodation
Top accommodation is offered in a rustic house in the Maritime neighborhood of Valencia (called Cabañal). It has been recently reformed maintaining the essence of the building and soul of the district, countrified wood doors as well as high roof. It can easily accommodate well 5 persons.
Good option to stay some days of relax, at few meters from the most popular beaches of the city (Las Arenas, Malvarrosa and Patacona) and well communicated by public transportation to the city downtown.
Near to the place, some facilities are easy to find, as restaurants, theaters, supermarket, street market, port, pubs and some of the most authentic places of the city to have a beer. A quite big sport center is also nearby (at no more than 300 meters), as well as the maritime beach promenade of the city, full of live regardless of the season.

We loved it
We had a fantastic holiday, and we have no regrets we chose this apartment. Javier is a wonderful person, very helpful and yes, like many other people here say it right - we were feeling like home in this apartment. It is typical Spanish I would say, starting from the area around up to the apartment itself. The area is really very nice, the beach is close as well as many nice shops, backeries, the church, cafes, restaurants, playgrounds etc. The apartment has everything a family might need for a good relaxing holiday. We would love to come back here again. Thank you Javier.
Felt like home !
The hosts are amazing it's more like a home rather than the usual apartment you rent . Javier the landlord is a real foodie so I was pointed out to the most authentic places to eat. I would recommend it because we were treated more like friends rather than guests. We had a peaceful stay without any issues. I could not fault anything with our stay at this place. Looking forward to our next trip to Valencia ! Yeh!!
