The accommodation

Extremely spacious (250m2) and modern house available in the Poblats Maritims for short-mid term rentals. Only 12 minutes direct on the metro to Russafa.

All bedrooms have big built in wardrobes across one whole wall and black out blinds so that you can sleep as late as you'd like.
There is also a sofa bed for two in the living room and a travel baby crib available.
All sheets and towels provided.

Dining table seats 8, plus there are seats for 3 at the bar, and there is a high chair for babies.

Setting

Nazaret is a very special neighbourhood in that it is quiet and green and feels like a pueblo, but is within the city limits.

Just 12 minutes on the metro gets you right into the heart of Valencia's restaurant and bar scene of Russafa.

There is a park directly on the doorstep and no through traffic on the road.

Supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, bakeries, cafes, etc, all within a ten minute walk.

3 parks within a five minute walk from the house.

Activities and attractions

The Metro is less than ten minute walk from house.
The line is Valencia's newest line 10 which runs every 15 minutes:
5 mins direct to Oceanographic, Turia park and Saler shopping centre
12 mins direct to Russafa
15 mins direct to Estacion del Norte

Bus stop less than 5 minute walk from the house.
15 mins to Colon (direct metro to airport from Colon in 23 minutes)
5 mins to Cabanyal
5 mins to Malvarrosa beach
4 mins to Marina

Bikes and taxis are also very convenient, and readily available.
