The accommodation

Nina's attic is an accommodation with attention to the smallest details, in which you feel at home. The terrace full of flowers leads anyone to immerse themselves in a green place away from the chaos of the city, even though the city center is not far away. The view of the sea that can be enjoyed from the terrace with its sunrises and sunsets makes Nina's Attico a unique place. Equipped with a double bedroom and a double sofa bed, it can accommodate up to 4 people. There are two fully equipped bathrooms. A living room and an independent kitchen. It is possible to eat on the veranda to fully enjoy the terrace.

Setting

The street where the house is located is a quiet street, close to all basic necessities as well as the beaches which are located about 900 meters away. The location is strategic both for reaching the city center, the famous Sanremo Casino and for reaching the motorway. It is also located in a strategic position to reach France and the beaches of the French Riviera.

Activities and attractions

Sanremo is a very lively Ligurian city famous above all for the Italian Song Festival which is held every year in February. The city has many sandy beaches and a long promenade that can be explored on foot, by bike or by running.
The old city is of considerable beauty and it is possible to admire several churches including the Cathedral of San Siro and the Russian Church. In the city center there is also the Sanremo Casino, famous throughout Liguria. In the center there are several shops for all tastes. In the evening it is possible to dine in the city center or near the port in trattorias and restaurants offering local specialties and fresh fish. Piazza Bresca offers several places to have a drink.
For the curious, Sanremo also offers the possibility of visiting the hinterland such as Dolceacqua, Apricale and Bussana Old town which are of particular beauty.
