The accommodation

Recently renovated, with tasteful décor and much attention to detail, the flat comprises a very bright area which serves as a lounge-dining room and bedroom at the same time, with access out onto the terrace, offering marvellous views of the sea and landscape.

The separate kitchen is compact, functional and fully equipped: dare to cook with our typical local products.

Setting

The apartment is situated in a privileged location: The beaches, port and centre are within reach but, at the same time, the district is quiet. Just a few steps away, you have a supermarket, a number of shops, bars and restaurants.

There is a bus-stop, taxi rank and public car park some 200m from the building, whilst the railway station is some 1.5 km away.

The nearest airports are: Niza Côte d’Azure, at approximately 40 km and Genoa-Cristoforo Colombo at some 50 km.

Activities and attractions

Thanks to its mild climate, the city of Sanremo is the ideal holiday destination all year round.

In the summer season, the starts are the sea, its beaches and promenades, aperitifs and dinner on the terraces that liven up the city squares.

During the rest of the year, the city hosts events like the Sanremo Festival, the Carnevale carnival celebrations, the not-to-be-missed Corso Fiorito, the Milan-Sanremo cycle race and much, much more.

Another good reason to visit the “city of the flowers” is its Casino: A true institution that attracts many tourists and gambling fans.
