It is located in a private urbanization with swimming pools, garden areas and access to the seafront. Restaurants and bars are 2 minutes away, in a nice marina, where there are also several supermarkets.
It has elevators, adaptation of the entire facility for the disabled, and a private furnished terrace. Community pools and garden.

Setting

A ten-minute walk away is the Punta del Moral neighborhood, a fishing village where it is possible to taste local stews, good seafood and fish, rice and typical products of the Portuguese Algarve, separated from Ayamonte only by the Guadiana River, accessible by the Quinto Centenario Bridge just 20 minutes by car.
The entire Punta del MOral Urbanization is located in a protected natural park, so it is possible to enjoy sightings of protected bird species and walks through unique environments.

Activities and attractions

The apartment is located in an area with shops, restaurants and sports courts. About 2km away there is also a golf course. It is 10 minutes by car from the town of Ayamonte and about 30 from the village of Rocío and the Doñana National Park. Seville is 1 hour away by car.
