The ground floor (basement) is equipped with three bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living room with maxi sofa, outdoor area with large tables for outdoor sharing moments and three outdoor brick showers.
The interiors are complemented by the presence of air conditioning and washing machine.
Parking space is free on the street.
