The accommodation

Description:
The house is located a few steps from the water with private access to the seashore directly from the private garden.
Overlooking the pool and the sea, the villa offers incredible sunsets to enjoy relaxing on a sun bed, or dining in the large covered veranda, which is also equipped with a maxi hammock.
The internal living area is also very panoramic, with French windows overlooking the sea, very bright and with Sardinian-style furnishings, with attention to the smallest details.
In the left wing we find the modern style open kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven, American fridge and professional 6-burners hob.
The sleeping area extends over both wings of the villa. On the left we find the first two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with shower; the first bedroom has two twin beds and a very bright French window. The second bedroom can be either double or twin, with French windows overlooking the pool.
On the right wing, we find two further bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds, both with private bathrooms with shower and overlooking the pool.

In the basement there is a bedroom with two twin beds that can become one double bed, AC and a bathroom with shower.

Laundry room with washing machine in another area of the villa, also in the basement but with another entrance.

For our guests, maximum privacy and security are guaranteed by the services of the residential park of Portobello di Gallura (access to the residential park is allowed only to residents or accredited guests and tranquility and privacy is protected by the 24-hour security service.
