The house can accommodate from 8 to 10 people thanks to its four beautiful double bedrooms, one with a romantic wood-burning fireplace, two bathrooms each with bidet, toilet, sink and shower, fully equipped kitchen with kitchenette and table with 4 chairs, refrigerator, gas stove, television, and a living room with double sofa bed.

Bastia Umbra, located in the plain dominated by Mount Subasio, is now an important economic center for the area of Assisi.
