This quiet ground floor apartment has a double bedroom, a new bathroom with a walk-in shower and an open kitchen with a hob, fridge and microwave.

It has a covered terrace and furniture to enjoy dinners in the open air. There is a washing machine and all the necessary amenities to make self-catering easy and convenient.

This quiet and tranquil complex in the centrally located Matagorda/Puerto del Carmen area of the island and features a communal pool. The complex is less than 450m from the stunning Los Pocillos beach, and restaurants and supermarkets are less than a 5 minute walk away.

Activities and attractions

Puerto del Carmen is a main tourist area of the island and stretches along about 7 km of coastline. It features several wide golden sand beaches and offers great opportunities to shop, relax and enjoy a lively nightlife, family activities, and culinary delights. It is located a very short distance from Lanzarote airport, and is well connected to the rest of the island.
