The accommodation

Carmenes Comfort is a completely renovated ground floor apartment with 2 double-bedrooms in the centre of Costa Teguise, just half a km from the famous Las Cucharas Beach.
It is fully equipped with kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi and has capacity for up to 5 people with a sofa bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
It is located on the ground floor of the private complex Los Carmenes accessible only with code.
You can enjoy views of the communal pool, which offers the perfect space to take a dip on a hot day and soak up the sun.
Directly outside of the complex you can find restaurants, bars, a super market and the Costa Teguise Aquarium. It is well connected to the rest of the town.

No pets allowed.
Parties are not allowed.
Use of the accommodation exclusively for guests who have reserved and access to unregistered persons is prohibited.
Guests are financially responsible for any damages or losses caused to the accommodation during and due to their stay.
Quiet hours / reduced noise from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 22:00 to 07:00.

Setting

This small and quiet complex features a nice swimming pool. A supermarket, restaurants and bars, and also the Costa Teguise Aquarium can be found directly outside the complex.
The fabulous Playa de las Cucharas, famous for windsurfers, and access to public transport is only 400 m away.

Activities and attractions

Costa Teguise is one of the most popular tourist resorts on the island while still representing island character without overcrowding. There are beautiful beaches and a wide variety of gastronomic delights. It is well connected to all parts of the island.
