The accommodation

Casa Sueño is a modernised and comfortable one bedroom apartment. It is tucked in the corner on the ground floor of the quiet complex, Los Carmenes, in Costa Teguise with a communal pool that offers the perfect space to take a dip on a hot day and sunbathe.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people with a sofa bed and is fully equipped, with a kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and everything you need to enjoy a vacation.
The large terrace faces the pool.
Casa Sueño is in a central area of Costa Teguise, where you can find a supermarket, restaurants and several shops a few meters away.
The main beach is located just half a km from the complex.

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.
No pets allowed.
Parties are not allowed.
Use of the accommodation exclusively for guests who have reserved and access to unregistered persons is prohibited.
Guests are financially responsible for any damages or losses caused to the accommodation during and due to their stay.
Quiet hours / reduced noise from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 22:00 to 07:00.

Setting

This small and quiet complex features a nice swimming pool. A supermarket, restaurants and bars, and also the Costa Teguise Aquarium can be found directly outside the complex.
The fabulous Playa de las Cucharas, famous for windsurfers, and access to public transport is only 400 m away.

Activities and attractions

Costa Teguise is one of the most popular tourist resorts on the island while still representing island character without overcrowding. There are beautiful beaches and a wide variety of gastronomic delights. It is well connected to all parts of the island.
