The accommodation
Modern, comfortable and very bright apartment located on the fourth floor with a large elevator and no architectural barriers. The house is very quiet and ideal for resting.
It has two rooms. One with a 150x190 double bed, built-in wardrobe and balcony. The other with a practical folding bunk bed and another small balcony.
The kitchen is furnished and equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. and all kinds of utensils for cooking and eating.
The bathroom with bathtub and screen has towels and toiletries, hair dryer, etc.
The outdoor living room has large windows and is equipped with a 50-inch smart TV, a large dining table and an interesting private library.
Setting
Excellent location in the heart of the La Arena neighborhood, a 3-minute walk from San Lorenzo beach and Isabel La Católica park.
It has all the necessary services close to the home: supermarkets, restaurants and cider bars, shops, health center, parking... In addition, the street has almost no traffic or night noise and is very calm and quiet.
If you need to get around the city, the apartment has an excellent public transport connection, with nearby bus stops and a taxi rank just 30 meters from the home.
If you travel in your private car, you can park it in a safe and free area that begins 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
It is ideal for traveling both as a family and as a couple.
Activities and attractions
The proximity of San Lorenzo beach provides the opportunity to enjoy the Cantabrian Sea by surfing or diving, both freely and with schools. The promenade and its connection with Providencia and the river are an invitation to run, bike rides and long walks.
200 meters separate us from the green lung of the city, the Isabel La Católica Park, home to hundreds of birds from all over the world. Also there is the largest playground in the city and El Molinón, the emblematic football stadium of Sporting de Gijón.
