Fantastic newly built penthouse with capacity for 4 people in Urbanization Marina Real III in Dénia.
The 60m2 apartment has a small entrance hall with access to the fully equipped open plan kitchen and the living - dining room. Both very luminous with access to a small terrace. It has two double bedrooms, one with double bed, fitted wardrobe and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower en suite. The other bedroom has two single beds and built-in wardrobe. There is a second bathroom with shower. The whole property has air conditioning hot/cold by ducts and Wifi.
