Borghetto Formica is a Luxury Villa with private swimming pool, located in the countryside of Ostuni, in the heart of the Itria Valley. This small village is the result of a careful renovation of an ancient trullo and an adjacent lamia, both built with the traditional dry construction technique.

Immersed in the typical Apulian countryside, Borghetto Formica offers its visitors incredible views and guarantees exclusive holidays for a stay in an authentic atmosphere without giving up the comfort of luxury. It has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people.

This splendid property is a perfect combination of history and nature: it consists of a stone lamia, a trullo outbuilding and a beautiful stone swimming pool complete with a beach area for the little ones.

The exteriors offer everything you need to feel in harmony with nature: centuries-old olive trees and fruit trees, a stone farmyard where you can sit in the company of the fire during the cool summer evenings, terraces from which to enjoy the view of sunsets unforgettable, finally an outdoor kitchen where you can dine or have lunch by the pool.

The interiors are a succession of arches and vaults, domes and exposed stone ashlars. Lamia is the main residence and consists of a large veranda, large living room with kitchen area, 2 bedrooms of which the canopy room with en-suite bathroom and a triple room with double bed and bunk bed, adjoining bathroom with shower.In the Villa there is an underfloor cooling system.

In an independent position, there is the Trullo which houses a small romantic suite for a couple: at the entrance there is a single large room with a double bed, bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette.
