Kura Homes welcomes you to our bright, charming apartment with sea views in Marbella. This modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is strategically located just 5 minutes walk from the Cable beach and the promenade. In addition, you will be only 12 12-minute walk from the old town.

1. No parties are allowed.
2. All overnight guests must be registered on the reservation form.
Pets are not allowed.
4. Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace, and cigarette butts must be disposed of in an ashtray.
5. Guests are obliged to dispose of their waste at the end of their stay.
6. Countertops and cooking surfaces must be clean after use and also at check-out.
7. Ecoway Homes reserves the right to request a security deposit.
8. Check-in hours are from 16:00 to 22:00.

Upon arrival, you will have to pay a security deposit of 250 EUR which will be returned within a maximum of one week after checkout.

Parties are not allowed and the property is a smoke-free area.
