The spacious, exterior, and bright kitchen, also with sea views, has a dining area, laundry area, and cooking area. Equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, blender, juicer, toaster, various glassware, cutlery, dishes... The living-dining room is simply impressive; with a dining table for ten people, a reading area with direct sea views, and a sitting area with panoramic views. Television with Apple TV and free high-speed Wifi."

"Located in a building on the frontline of Las Palmas' maritime avenue. The building has both daytime and nighttime concierge services, and autonomous access is granted with the keys we'll provide, for both the building and the accommodation. Conveniently connected by public bus directly to the airport, with the bus stop just three minutes away from the building. Situated in a residential area with restaurants and terraces, yet peaceful and not bustling. Nonetheless, it's a mere five-minute walk to the historic city(Vegueta) and ten minutes to one of Las Palmas' main beaches and its most emblematic parks . Well-connected to Las Canteras Beach by a direct bus ride of no more than fifteen minutes."
