Amazing penthouse duplex with panoramic sea views in first line.
The apartment is south facing and is located on the ninth floor of the emblematic Imperator Building. Located in the heart of Marbella, less than 10 minutes walk from the old town and less than 10 minutes drive from Puerto Banus.
This modern air-conditioned apartment features a living room, four bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms and three terraces (one with dining area and BBQ).

On the ground floor is the living room with two separate areas: the lounge area with sofa, TV and direct access to the terrace; and on the other hand, the dining area with capacity for 9 people.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms: a triple room with mountain views; and a room with two single beds and a large window with south facing sea views.
Also on the ground floor there is a full bathroom with a rain shower.
The kitchen is on the ground floor and is equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nescafé coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils for your stay.
On the first floor is the bright master bedroom with direct sea views, double bed, en-suite bathroom and rain shower.
Upstairs there is another bedroom with two single beds, en-suite bathroom and rain shower.
~ Terraces
The apartment features three terraces. On the top floor penthouse is the main terrace. This large terrace has amazing sea views, a dining area with seating for 9 people and a gas barbecue.
On the first floor of the flat there is also a small terrace at the back with views of La Concha mountain.
On the ground floor and at the exit of the living room, we will find another terrace with frontal sea views and the stairs to go up to the first floor.

~ Neighborhood
The apartment is located in one of the most emblematic buildings in Marbella, the Imperator building. This building has a large garden area with sunbeds and swimming pool.
The building is located on the beachfront, with direct access to the promenade, where you will find most of the restaurants and shops in the area.
~ Restaurants and shops
The restaurant Los Mellizos is just in front of the building, where you can enjoy local dishes and all varieties of seafood and paella.
Nearby you can also find Lekune Tapas Restaurant, a very well known tapas and pintxos restaurant in Marbella. This restaurant is located 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
On the beach you will find chiringuitos where you can taste delicious fish, seafood and paella.
Within walking distance from the apartment you will find the Supercor and Maskom supermarket (200 m) and the Eroski supermarket in front of the building (20 m). Also, Mercadona supermarket is located 500 m from the apartment.
Cripan cafeteria/bakery is 5 minutes walk from the flat, where you can buy bread and pastries. On the promenade you have many restaurants and cafes to have breakfast.
~ Activities
From the apartment you can walk to the old town of Marbella and the Orange Square. In the narrow streets of the old town of Marbella you will find cosy shops, restaurants and cafes.
The Harbour of Marbella is 5 minute walk from the apartment.
Puerto Banus harbour is less than 10 minutes by car from the apartment. Over there you'll reach one of the most luxury places on Costa del Sol. Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and others.
If you are interested in long walks on the sea shore, you will surely discover the promenade which can take you to all the interesting restaurants and bars of Marbella. The promenade of Marbella is located just in front of the building.
If you would like to take a boat trip, you can ask us and we will give you price for a boat charter experience with or without captain to spend a few hours or a whole day enjoying the sea and the views of Marbella. We have different rates depending on the boat and duration of the journey.
