The villa sits on 4450m2 of enclosed gardens at the foot of the Sierra Cabrera and is only 15 minutes’ drive from Mojácar beach, 1.3km/15 min walk from the village centre of Turre.

There are electric gates leading into the property and a triple carport with plenty of room to park more cars in the driveway. You access the villa on the upper floor where there are 6 bedrooms in total. 2 of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, one has a bathroom with shower and the master bedroom has a bathroom with both a feature bath and walk-in shower. Turre was originally a Moorish settlement created after the invading Christian armies of the Catholic Monarchs expelled the Moors from the nearby village of Mojacar in 1488. It was originally called Turris, after the Latin for tower, probably because there was a watchtower at the location of the new settlement.
