LAYOUT: Welcome to Villa Alboran, an exquisite retreat designed to accommodate up to 16 persons, making it the perfect choice for multiple families, large groups of friends, or small sized sports teams seeking an unforgettable vacation experience. Situated against a backdrop of majestic mountains and surrounded by picturesque green trees scenery, this villa offers a beautiful view over the skylines of Calpe and its large beaches. The villa Alboran is intelligently distributed into four apartment units, providing separate living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens for each group or family, ensuring privacy and space for everyone. Each apartment unit is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully furnished, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The living areas are spacious, featuring comfortable seating arrangements and practicable kitchen facilities for having great meals indoors and outdoors.
To further enhance accessibility and convenience, Villa Alboran offers two main entrances strategically positioned for easy access to all the apartment units. We can enter the villa from the bottom part, leaving our cars in the designated parking area or access the higher floor units of the villa from the top part, where we encounter plenty of parking space as well. Once we enter the villa from the top part, we can easily move over to the large and comfortable patio and solarium areas, where we can enjoy a perfect sunbathing or relaxing time among our friends and family. As well, the two lower units offer huge front terraces where we can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or glass of orange juice whilst enjoying the breathtaking views earlier mentioned. Furthermore, the villa offers a large sized pool area, where family and friends can unite and have unforgettable moments of holiday experiences together.
EXTERIOR: Villa Alboran is located in the area of Maryvilla, close to Calpe and the highway to other proximate urbanizations like Mascarat, Albir or Altea. The villa offers beautiful views over the coastline of Calpe and the stunning mountain scenery surrounding the villa, situated in the front and back part of the property. Despite its important size, the villa offers plenty of private areas like indoor patios and rooftop solariums where part of the group of guests can enjoy personal time with their closest ones.

SITUATION: Maryvilla is a residential area located in the municipality of Calpe, on the Costa Blanca in Spain.The area offers a mix of villas and houses, many of which have been built to take advantage of the scenic views. Maryvilla's location provides a tranquil setting while still being within reach of the amenities and attractions of Calpe. The town center of Calpe, with its shops, restaurants, and beaches, is just a short drive away from Maryvilla.
