Detached Chalet (250 m2) in private urbanization, for 10-11 people. First line of beach. Fully equipped (ceramic hob, 32” flat TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, iron, kitchenware, etc). With private plot. 5-6 bedrooms. Private parking. Plot of 500 square meters with lawn, sea views, porches and terraces.

Prices:
* For June and September 150 €/night (including community and parking).
* For July and August 220 €/night (including community and parking).
* All year round 1.000 €/month, including community and parking.
* From September to June, 750 €/month.

With TV, washing machine, fridge, microwave, iron, dishwasher, ceramic hob and communal garden.

In case of cancellation, the reservation will have a maximum period of 15 days for its return.

Method of payment: 300 € at the time of booking in cash or transfer, the rest upon delivery of keys.

Setting

It is 7 km from Foz 15 from Ribadeo, 5 km from the beach of Las Catedrales, recently included among the best beaches in the world.

All the beaches in the area are blue flag beaches.

The area has supermarkets, health center, pharmacy, promenade.

Activities and attractions

It is an area where you can practice water and mountain sports. Surf school at 300 meters, and marina at 1.5 kilometers.
