The accommodation

Ancient country house in the "PUR" area, completely renovated, 150 meters from the lake, immersed in 2000 m2 of private land equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs, swings, barbecue and table tennis. In the garden, each apartment has private spaces equipped and common areas
It is made up of 3 apartments (we only rent 2), each of which has an independent entrance, independent central heating and satellite TV.
Maximum capacity from 2 to 5 beds. The house also has a laundry room accessible to all apartments. Each apartment has private spaces in the garden equipped with table, benches, deckchairs and common areas: We also have a small private beach
Apartment: Mezzanine floor (A): 65 m2/5 beds/entrance/living room with sofa, satellite TV, table + chairs. Kitchen with 4 burners, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven and microwave, dishwasher. Double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed + single bed / bathroom with shower. Pellet stove + independent central heating
Pets accepted (1 x apartment/€35 per week) Bed linen is provided [no towels!]

Setting

the house is located at the end of a short private road surrounded by meadows and with a view of the mountains. We also have a small private beach

Activities and attractions

We are just 10 km from Lake Garda. A valley much loved both by those who love to spend their holidays in absolute relaxation and by those who love the mountains and the lake. We have many cycle paths, equipped routes for climbing and mountain walking
