The accommodation

The ancient built is completly renovated on 2021 and respect the original style and construction of community of Don Gelmini . Villa is set just 100 meters from La Pischera beach a small sandy beach very quiet . A big park surrounded tha entire house and is possible to get sunbath on the sunbeds , walk trough the mediterranean macchia or read some book. A big BBQ is set outside on the garden . On the first floor you wil find a big Patio with relax and dining area , precious by a beautiful view on 180 ° on the gulf . Insde a fully furnished kitchen and a Tv area is set and welcomes you in a modern appartment. Offer is complete by 3 double rooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Pets are not allowed. Wi-fi and Air Conditioning available in all property.

Check-in will be available in site directly and our collaborators will meet you directly at home. We kindly ask you to contact us in advance ( 24.00 hourse before arrival ) to arrange your arrival. A valid credit card and a ID document will be required. At departure, further a check of appartment we will cash back your deposit. Pets are not allowed. Striclty rules are previews about waste collection. In violation of this rules , deposit gave at arrival will be hold . ( 150.00 € )

Property could be reached also by taxi or bus , but we suggest you to have a car cause the bus stop is a little bit far from the Villa and could be difficult to reach by feet most of all with luggages .

Setting

All the property is for exclusive use and there aren't shared areas. Is possible to get delivery and transfer. Outdoor space is furnished with sunbeds, BBQ and relaxing areas.

The area is a quiet countryside surrounded just byfew house and a large Mediterranean Macchia vegetation. Is a good solution for people who love relax , silennce a big breaks from the stessed city like. In few minutes is possible to walk trough the path that bring you along the beaches between granitic rocks and sandy stripes of natural tresur of Gallura .
