The accommodation

Dear Potential Tenant,

From October until March we would like to rent our Villa to long term tenants. In the summer we rent the house for EUR 450.- a night but from Autumn to Spring we would like to have semi permanent tenants and we are only asking EUR 2200.- a month.

(for American guests we can discuss 12 month contracts)

If someone is interested in a 10 or 12 month lease this is possible but the price would increase significantly.

This luxurious and Modern Eastern Algarve Villa is a truly hidden gem. South of the 125 yet not within hearing distance of the railway. Opposed to many other Algarve Villas you are guaranteed to find yourself in a comfortable temperature. The beautiful fireplace and central heating combined with good isolation will ensure that you feel comfortable and warm. The covered veranda with dining and lounge furniture will ensure that you can enjoy sitting outside during all of the Algarve seasons.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The modern kitchen has plenty of amenities and tableware to prepare your favorite meal. If you are in the mood for a good movie or your favourite series you will benefit from the free access to Netflix, Disney and HBO.

The well-maintained garden and enormous pool will give you an immediate holiday feeling of tranquility and relaxation.

You will find this place to give you the peace and quiet you are looking for but you don’t have to be in the so-called ‘middle of nowhere’ because if you step outside the gates you will find immediate livelihood and proximity to restaurants and shops (5 minutes).

Setting

The Villa is near many golf courses and the nearest one is only a 5-minute walk (the Benamore Golf Club). If you like the beach you can enjoy a 20-minute nature walk that brings you to the Cabanas water edge (where you can catch a little boat to go to the beach).

The nearest restaurants and shops are a 3-minute walk.

Driving 10 minutes east you will find beautiful beaches like Manta Rota and Altura and Tavira is only 5 minutes away.
