SITUATION

This beautiful and cosy villa with Mediterranean architecture is located in one of the most privileged areas of the Costa Blanca, in Benitachell, between Jávea and Moraira, where you can enjoy a wide variety of leisure activities, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

It is less than 5 minutes drive from the centre of Benitachell and about 10 minutes from the beaches of Benitachell and Moraira.

DISTRIBUTION

Villa Sueños is distributed over 2 independent floors: the main house on the first floor and an independent flat on the ground floor, ideal for a couple.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and benefits from its own bathroom and a private outdoor terrace. The second and third bedrooms have a double bed and 2 single beds respectively. All rooms have built-in wardrobes and chests of drawers.
On this floor is the kitchen, open to the dining room and fully equipped with a central island and American fridge.
For convivial moments, the villa has a large living room and a superb naya, a covered Spanish terrace. From the living room, dining room and naya, you can enjoy magnificent views of the valley and mountains, including the famous Sierra de Bernia, a mountain range over 11 km long and 1128 m high.
The self-catering flat on the ground floor consists of a living-dining room, kitchen, bedroom with double bed and its own bathroom.

For your comfort during your stay, the villa is equipped with all necessary facilities:

- Air conditioning in all rooms
- Kitchen: American fridge, hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine (capsule and filter), toaster, kettle
- Living room: TV (international channels)
- Washing machine

OUTSIDE

Villa Sueños offers you its pleasant garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants. You can enjoy the sun of the Costa Blanca from the large outdoor terrace and the beautiful private swimming pool (8x4m) of the villa and theirs open views. For family fun, the terrace includes a set of garden furniture, with a lounge, dining area, deckchair and barbecue.

Finally, the house has an outdoor parking space for up to 2 cars. Additional parking is possible on the street.

Benitachell is a pretty village on the Costa Blanca, with 2 km of coastline featuring cliffs and coves hidden away in nature.
Its protected coastline makes it an ideal spot for water sports such as scuba diving.
Benitachell's main beach is Cala Moraig, with its clear waters and wild surroundings.
Nearby are the coves of Llebeig and Los Tiestos, coves of great beauty and charm.
For those who enjoy hiking and exploring, Benitachell also offers numerous nature trails along which you can observe the beauty of the landscape, such as El Barranco de Testos, la Cuerva de los Arcos or la Falla del Moraig.
