This is a beach apartment with communal pool and balcony facing the pool and the beach, only 2 minutes walk from the beach (80m) and 10 minutes drive from Comporta.

This ground floor apartment is ready to host 6 guests, sleeping in 2 bedrooms and with a bathroom.

There are two dining areas, inside and on the balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped(except oven) and there is a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules)

7 nights - high season - periods from Sunday to Sunday only

Late check-in fee: between 20H30 and 24H00 is 30€; between 24H00 and 8H00 is 45€
Please note that a security deposit of 500€ will be required upon check-in (cash or credit card)

For those who do not know, this is an extremely exclusive and peaceful area divided into a riverside and an oceanside, both served with a wide white sandy beach and calm water. In the village, you can find a groceries shop and a coffee shop as well, and in its surroundings, you will find a golf course, a marina, a casino, roman ruins, many restaurants, etc...
