Setting

The villa is located in the rolling hills of the Florentine Chianti not far from Montespertoli town in a quiet position with a splendid view of the surrounding countryside. The Villa has 5 bedrooms, for up to 14 persons and a bathroom for the disabled. Air conditioning in all 5 of the bedrooms.
Ground Floor
Villa Albertina is furnished maintaining traditional Tuscan elements.
On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall with one double bedroom with private bathroom. Next to the room there is a bathroom with shower accessible for wheelchair users.
Also on the ground floor, you will find a well fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer machine and dryer.
The living room and dining room, with a large stone fireplace and TV, can welcome you for your celebrations with family and friends.
From the living room, with a large window, there is a direct access to the arched outdoor porch, a perfect place to have a breakfast or dinner. The patio is equipped with chairs and tables where you can relax and eat al fresco, enjoy a glass of wine together with delicacies of good Tuscan cuisine. Added to this is the view of the beautiful and romantic cypress avenue of the Tuscan countryside.

First Floor
A characteristic internal stone staircase leads to the first floor, which is only accessible by stairs, where there are 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (1 double room with French bed,2 double rooms with single sofa bed and 1 family double room with 2 single beds).
All the bathrooms are equipped with towels, hairdryers, and soaps.
All the rooms have air- conditioned, with large windows, each with a private attic overlooking the relaxing view of the villa's garden framed by the cypress trees,

OUTDOORS & POOL
Outside you are greeted by a beautiful fountain with water lilies and lotus flowers.
You will have no problems finding the perfect place to sit and eat. Whether it's under a covered arch or by the pool, you will be surrounded by the beauty of Tuscany.
The lawn is equipped with beach chairs and tables, sun beds and a portable barbecue area where you can relax and eat outdoors while enjoying a beautiful view of the countryside.
The villa has an above-ground swimming pool of 8 meters by 4 meters with a solarium and thermal shower.The above-ground swimming pool is in a panoramic position, with a 360 degree view of the rolling hills full of vineyards.
The villa boasts a large park with oak and cypress trees, surrounded by flowers in ancient terracotta vases, and plenty of grass lawn.
The back garden leads to the beautiful private charming woods where you can take romantic walks and from a wooden bench admire the views of the famous Towers of San Gimignano
