Check-in procedure:

- It is compulsory to present documentation of all guests.
- Deposit 150€ deposit and pay additional services if requested.
- Sign the rental contract.

Housing rules:

- Smoking and parties are forbidden.
- Respect the limit of guests according to reservation.

Master bedroom: double bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, AA/CC, coat rack and private bathroom (WC and washbasin).
2nd bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, fan.
Bathroom: WC, washbasin, shower and bidet.
Bed linen, pillows, blankets and towels are provided.

Setting

The flat is at the full disposal of our guests.
As an additional service, we offer our guests the option of reserving a parking space in a 24-hour car park near the accommodation. Check availability and price. Advance booking is required.
