The accommodation

Studio apartment with a double bed, kitchenette with indoor table and chairs, bathroom (hairdryer), TV, air conditioning, garden table and chairs. Outside the accommodation has a sort of terrace in front of our pond, where you can eat and enjoy the view and peace.

Setting

The price includes the use of the swimming pool, barbecue in the garden, sport fishing in the lake (we do not provide fishing material), wifi (near the reception) and parking. There are many typical Umbrian restaurants and pizzerias in the surroundings of Casale Giuncheto that we can recommend. The nearest supermarket is 5-6 minutes by car from the farmhouse. Presence in the area of ​​producers with direct sales of meat and vegetables. The Casale Giuncheto farmhouse is immersed in a natural oasis in the silence and greenery of the Umbrian hills, a few steps from the main tourist attractions and cities of art (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Lake Trasimeno, etc). Characteristic of our farmhouse is a lovely lake where you can spend relaxing days also practicing sport fishing. Furthermore, in the summer, to regenerate yourself, there is a panoramic swimming pool available with a splendid view of the towers of Perugia in the distance and of a nearby medieval tower (use of a swimming cap compulsory). We also have outdoor barbecue facilities overlooking the pond and a children's play area. In the naturalistic oasis of Casale Giuncheto you can meet many animals that are part of this ecosystem: moorhens, amur carp, frogs, swallows, great tits, hoopoes, hawks, deer, wild boars and if you are lucky even gray herons!
We can suggest various routes for nature walks near the property.

Our organic farm, equipped with studio or two-room apartments overlooking the pond and rooms with garden views, is strategically located in the heart of Umbria: you can easily reach Assisi in 14 km, Perugia in 15 km, Gubbio in 30 km, Todi in 40 km, Spoleto in 50 km, Orvieto in 100 km, and is very well connected via the nearby E45 highway.
