The accommodation
This unique yet comfortable portuguese "quinta" lies in the heart of the rural region of Portugal, called the Alentejo, about 2 hours south of Lisbon. Only 15 minutes from the beach, yet miles away from the usual tourist's buzz and noise. You can enjoy a good glass of Alentejo wine on the two terraces while watching the sun rise or set, or you can treat yourself to an authentic "bica" (espresso) at the local Tasca, only 75 meters from the house.
Setting
The house is located 25 km from the beautiful beaches of Vila nova Milfontes and 5km from the vibrant picturesque town of Sao Luis. Rolling hillsides with pine and cork trees, unscathed nature and the typical cuisine of the Alentejo will help ground you and relax.
