The accommodation

Villa Fresca is a beautiful house with four double bedrooms with air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, garden with private pool, terrace and barbecue.

The house is equipped for 8 people and is very comfortable.
On the ground floor there is a large, bright living-dining room, a fully equipped American kitchen, a living room with a washing machine and an extra refrigerator, three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with bunk beds, and a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
On the upper floor we have a bedroom with a full bathroom and access to a terrace with views of the pool.

Outside, large plot, private pool, barbecue, a full bathroom, sun loungers and chairs.

Setting

This villa is located in the urbanization Les Tres Cales, belonging to the town of l'Ametlla de Mar.
L'Ametlla de Mar is a beautiful fishing village, located on the Costa Dorada, characterized by its beautiful coves and gastronomic culture.
Most of the villas are located in the residential areas of Les Tres Cales, Calafat and Sant Jordi d'Alfama, ideal places for family vacations.
This area is very attractive since it has 16 km of coastline where we can find from virgin coves and beaches with blue flag, to nudist or dog coves.
The situation is ideal, since it is connected by both the N-340 and the AP-7.
Just 30 minutes to the south we will find the natural reserve of the Ebro Delta and to the north we will find Salou, Cambrils and the Port Aventura theme park.
