The very bright living room is composed of 2 rooms in succession: a custom-made kitchen with dining room and a welcoming living room with large window from which to enjoy the exciting view of the garden with Mediterranean plants, lawn and the large swimming pool. A practical laundry service room completes this area.

The sleeping area awaits you with four bedrooms made up as follows:
• Bedroom 1 – standard double bed and private veranda with table and armchairs
• Bedroom 2 - standard double bed and private veranda with table and armchairs with direct access to the swimming pool
• Bedroom 3 - king double bed with direct access to the pool
• Single bedroom – three single beds, 2 of which are bunk beds with window

The large 36m2 swimming pool surrounded by its large equipped solarium is the center of the harmony that reigns in this home. In front of the swimming pool, there is a very modern bioclimatic pergola of 24 m2 motorized with remote control, fully furnished with a dining table and relaxation sofas. Between the swimming pool and the pergola there is a garden of fragrant Mediterranean plants.

All the furnishings present and most of the construction materials used are Made in Italy. There are latest generation televisions and a double temperature cellar with a selection of local and premium wines.

In addition to the large private car park of 110 m2, there is also a storage room with a sink that can be used for bicycles or other games.

Marina di Leporano is 5 km from the historic center of Leporano and 11 km from the center of Taranto.

In Marina di Leporano you will find the beautiful beaches with an uncontaminated and crystalline sea, the natural park "ex Batteria Cattaneo" with an immense pine forest that directly accesses the rocky coast and the archaeological park of Saturo with the ancient Spanish tower which contains findings of Neolithic villages and the remains of a Roman villa from the imperial age

Of notable tourist attraction is the Muscettola Castle in the historic center of Leporano, built in the 14th century at the highest point of the town and has the architectural characteristics of a fortified palace.

A few kilometers away is Taranto and about an hour's drive away you can visit Matera, Alberobello, Ostuni, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Lecce (the most beautiful places to visit in Puglia)
