The accommodation
Ground floor apartment with heated private pool located on the Costa del Sol in the Golden Mile area of Bahia de la Plata, very close to Playa de Punta Plata beach. The historic centre of Estepona is 3 km away.
The modern 265m2 apartment features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Lighting, air conditioning and heating can be controlled via a central Smart Home interface.
A large French window in the living room allows access to the terrace, which includes a private swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. The terrace also features an outdoor dining table and comfortable sun loungers. If you do not want to dine on the terrace, you can use the indoor dining table, which is part of the spacious living room.
In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, SMART TV with internet connection (Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+) and a BOSE sound system for relaxation and rest. Free high-speed WiFi is available for free.
The fully equipped kitchen with quality cabinetry and modern appliances offers plenty of space to carry out your holiday culinary activities. Equipment includes a fridge-freezer, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
There are two double bedrooms with large double beds. Each bedroom have its own bathroom. The bathrooms have a double sink, toilet + bidet, shower, bath with whirlpool and hairdryer.
High chair and a portable cot are available for free.
There is undergroun private parking lot.
The complex is guarded by a 24/7 security service.
The communal gardens and outdoor areas include a 2x swimming pool, 1x indoor pool, sauna, tennis court and fitness room. From the garden there is direct access to the sea to the private beach. There are also 2 bicycles which can be used for trips to nearby Estepona, for example.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants, a supermarket and a shopping centre nearby.
The area is known for its many golf courses.
With children it is possible to visit a safari, a water park, a go-kart arena, swimming with dolphins, boat rides or horse riding.
The Sierra Nevada mountains are just 250km away, Gibraltar 55km, Mijas Water Park 65km, Málaga 85km, Marbella 25km.
You can use our pick-up service to get to/from the airport (in case you don't want to rent a car). However, we recommend renting your own car if you do not plan to spend your entire stay within walking distance of the apartment.
