Bright apartment located in the exclusive Jardines del Mar Complex (Golden Mile of Marbella). The apartment is 2 minutes walking to the beach and 15 minutes walking to the Old Town.
The apartment has two terraces, one of them with south orientation and views to the tropical garden and pools of the complex.
The amazing terrace of the apartment has a dining area as well as a lounge area to relax yourself.

The apartment has a spacious and bright living room that features decorative items which make this apartment a very modern, yet a very comfortable and homey.
In the living room there is a dining table with seating for 8 people and a sofa area with TV. The sofa can be converted into a bed, with capacity up to 2 people to sleep.
Two of the bedrooms of the apartment have direct access to the second terrace, so they are very bright.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, Nescafe coffee machine and all the kitchen items necessary for a pleasant stay.

The apartment features two terraces, one south facing and the other one north facing. The south facing terrace has views to the tropical garden of the Complex and has two separate areas: a dining area with seating for 8 people; and another area with sofas to relax and sunbathe.

The complex is located 2 minutes walking to the beach and at just 15 minutes walking from Marbella old town.

Puerto Banus harbor is less than 10 minutes by car from the apartment. Over there you'll reach one of the most luxury places on Costa del Sol. Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and others.
If you are interested in long walks on the sea shore, you will surely discover the promenade which can take you to all the interesting restaurants and bars of Marbella. The promenade of Marbella is located 2 minutes walking from the apartment.
If you would like to take a boat trip, you can ask us and we will give you price for a boat charter experience with or without captain to spend a few hours or a whole day enjoying the sea and the views of Marbella. We have different rates depending on the boat and duration of the journey.
