The accommodation

Apartment A is located on the 6th floor of the building, although the building has 6 elevators with which you can access without problem. It has a bathroom with shower, towels; a bedroom with a wardrobe, a window and a king-size bed; a living room with SmartTV and sofa bed, where there is also the kitchen that has a fridge, microwave with grill and all the utensils; and a terrace.

With Playa del Ingles reachable in 1.7 km, Vivienda Vacacional Hábitat Tropical offers accommodation, nearby restaurants, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. The apartment has free WiFi and free private parking.

Accommodation is fitted with portable air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a Smart TV flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. There is a fridge, microwave, stove, coffee maker and kettle.

In the same complex there is a company that offers motorcycle and bicycle rental services. In the immediate vicinity you can go hiking and cycling.

Popular points of interest nearby include Veril Beach, Yumbo Shopping Center and Cita Shopping Center. The nearest airport is Gran Canaria Airport, 27 km from Vivienda Vacacional Hábitat Tropical.

If you are interested in coming for a long season, you are interested in knowing that the Aurora Self-Service Laundry is only 3 minutes away, where you can wash and dry your clothes to take them away ready to put them back on.

The building is residential, so it is not suitable for parties with friends or loud music. Taking into account the rest of the neighbors, the noise must be reduced after 22:00.

Setting

The complex has a saltwater pool, this is how to be on the beach itself! In addition, it has a supermarket and two bars where you can eat. In the same building you can rent bicycles and/or motorcycles with which you can explore the entire tourist area, and to attack the bicycle you can make use of the large space in the middle of the building.

The entire building has 24-hour video surveillance security, including parking for cars/motorcycles and bicycles, so we reduce the risk of setbacks on your vacation.

The apartment is disinfected with bactericide and virucide at each guest exit.

The salty pool is open, although with a certain capacity limitation.

Activities and attractions

Playa del Inglés is the most touristic area of Gran Canaria where you can enjoy a dream vacation. Its beach is in the same area, with more than 3 kilometers in length that joins that of Maspalomas, another more than 3 kilometers, which means that we can take a quiet walk of more than 6 kilometers! Nearby we find the following places of interest:

- Dunes of Maspalomas: unique set of dunes on the island of Gran Canaria.
- Palmitos Park: brings together more than 200 species of trees and plants, native and brought from all over the world, and some 500 animals.
- Aqualand: water park for children and adults, with all kinds of slides and pools.
- Holiday World: amusement park with a fantastic area to eat and drink, with live concerts on weekends.
