Es verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Handtüchern. ein Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschrank, Fenster, zwei Einzelbetten inklusive zusammenschiebbarer Bettwäsche und auf Wunsch auch mit XL-Matratzenbezug, so dass das Bettgefühl wie auf einer XL-Matratze ist; ein Wohnzimmer mit SmartTV und Schlafsofa, in dem sich auch die Küche mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle mit Grill und allen Utensilien befindet; und eine Terrasse.

Das Vivienda Vacacional Hábitat Tropical liegt 1,7 km von Playa del Ingles entfernt und bietet Unterkünfte, nahe gelegene Restaurants, einen Außenpool, einen Garten und eine Terrasse. Das Apartment verfügt über kostenfreies WLAN und kostenfreie Privatparkplätze.

The building is residential, so it is not suitable for parties with friends or loud music. Taking into account the rest of the neighbors, the noise must be reduced after 22:00.

Setting

The complex has a saltwater pool, this is how to be on the beach itself! In addition, it has a supermarket and two bars where you can eat. In the same building you can rent bicycles and/or motorcycles with which you can explore the entire tourist area, and to attack the bicycle you can make use of the large space in the middle of the building.

Playa del Inglés is the most touristic area of Gran Canaria where you can enjoy a dream vacation. Its beach is in the same area, with more than 3 kilometers in length that joins that of Maspalomas, another more than 3 kilometers, which means that we can take a quiet walk of more than 6 kilometers! Nearby we find the following places of interest:

- Dunes of Maspalomas: unique set of dunes on the island of Gran Canaria.
- Palmitos Park: brings together more than 200 species of trees and plants, native and brought from all over the world, and some 500 animals.
- Aqualand: water park for children and adults, with all kinds of slides and pools.
- Holiday World: amusement park with a fantastic area to eat and drink, with live concerts on weekends.
