The apartment is very spacious, very modern and tastefully furnished.

The large living room alone has a size of 40m² and offers frontal sea views. Here you will find a large dining table for up to 6 people and a living area with a modern designer sofa in front of the 65" LED TV. The living room offers direct access to the large terrace & frontal sea views. When you sit on the sofa, you can see directly to the open sea! The dining area is also very elegant.

On the 100m² large terrace you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner relaxed in the sun and listen to the sea. Here are next to the large garden table for 6 people 2 sun loungers, another dining table and a modern lounge furniture set.

The large master bedroom has 2 single beds 90X200 cm, offer a large 65"-LED-TV a walk-in closet and its own en-suite bathroom. When you lie in bed, look at the open sea! This bedroom has direct access to the spacious terrace.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, working desk with chair & direct sea view and has a bathroom in the hall. This bedroom offers a desktop table with chair & built-in waredrobe.

The apartment faces south, so you have sun all day. The terrace is partially covered, so that there is always enough shade.

The complex is located directly on the public beach and offers its own paddle tennis court and a large garden with 2 pools, right by the sea!
