Villa Blanca is strategically located, less than 20 minutes from Malaga airport and close to beautiful beaches. With parking for up to 5 cars, it is the ideal base from which to explore the province of Málaga and enjoy the main tourist attractions in Andalusia, such as Ronda, the Caminito del Rey and the Sierra de las Nieves National Park. You can also enjoy the charm of Malaga's city centre, with its museums, historic architecture and gastronomy. Don't miss the stunning beaches of Nerja, Torremolinos, Marbella, Fuengirola and those in the city of Malaga. In addition, the province of Malaga and Andalusia offer outdoor activities such as golf, hiking, cycling routes and motorbike or quad adventures.
As part of our commitment to the environment, we have equipped Villa Blanca with photovoltaic panels, reflecting our commitment to the future. The private surroundings offer beautiful unobstructed views, especially of the Sierra de Jarapalos, creating a picturesque setting for your daily life. In a peaceful atmosphere, you can enjoy unforgettable moments with your family by the large pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, and the outdoor areas with relaxing furniture. The barbecue area allows you to prepare lunches and dinners in the open air, surrounded by nature. There's also a bathroom with shower by the pool for added convenience, so you don't have to go into the main house.
Access to the villa is easy and safe via paved roads or streets. On entering the villa, a spacious foyer leads to a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, a toilet and a lounge/dining area adjoining two of the bedrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans and each has its own en-suite bathroom for privacy and comfort. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and high quality mattresses. The living/dining room, with access to the veranda and pool area, has a TV, a family table and a comfortable double sofa bed.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob and even two coffee makers. The third bedroom is accessed via an external staircase from the veranda and is also connected to the lounge/diner. Upstairs you'll find a charming room with a double bed and a small private terrace, perfect for added intimacy. It has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, windows with outside views and an ensuite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes to store clothes and belongings, and a safe is available to keep valuables safe.
The villa offers modern amenities for a comfortable and connected stay, such as fibre optic internet with speeds of up to 600Mb, allowing you to work remotely if required. There is also a Smart TV and satellite dish with many free international channels. Enjoy the comfort, privacy and natural wonders of the Costa del Sol at Villa Blanca.

-The final cleaning is included in the total amount of the reservation, but our clients should know that the house must be returned in the same state as they found it on arrival. If the house is not left in the same condition, a penalty of €100.00 will be charged for extra cleaning.
-Electricity and water consumption are included in the price of the booking, but in the event of excessive consumption, the owner reserves the right to deduct this from the deposit.
