This is the perfect place to unwind and tale advantage of the leisure and gastronomic offer of Sanlúcar de Barrameda. The property is totally furnished, full of natural light. The private complex features 2 swimming pools, adults and children, paddle court, children playground and wonderful gardens. There is an underground parking (with surcharge)*.

Two good size bedrooms,one with a double bed and a second one with twin beds, both with a large built in wardrobe. They are quiet rooms, perfect to rest during your holidays. Linnen and towels are provided for all our guests.
Bathroom,with bath and shower, has a good size, perfect for the whole family. On arrival, we provide bath gel and shampoo.
Private terrace, with chairs and table. After a long day of sightseeing, this is the best place to enjoy a glass of wine or have a chat planning the next day.
The communal poolis one of the major atractions of this apartment in Sanlúcar. The complex features a large green area with 2 pools, paddle court, and children playground.
Pirvate parking space, an added value snce in Sanlúcar, specially in high season it may be a bit tricky finding a place to park the car.
This holiday apartment near the well known area, Bajo de Guía is the ideal place to discover the taste of Sanlúcar. Its location is perfect to enjoy the day, with the famous horse ridding on the beach, tapas bars, beach and pool, and also the night, in all trendy bars in the area.
