The accommodation

The living room is well decorated and features a TV for entertainment, a comfortable sofa for relaxing and a dining table for enjoying meals at home. It is a cosy space where you can spend time in company or simply relax.

The house has a separate kitchen that is fully equipped. This means that you will have all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals. You can expect to find a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker and everything you need for cooking.

The house has two bedrooms. One of them is a double room, which means that it has a spacious bed for two people. The other room has two single beds, ideal if you are travelling with family or friends. Both rooms offer a comfortable space to rest after a day full of activities.

The house has two full bathrooms, which means you won't have to share them with other guests. You will have your own space to wash and relax. The bathrooms include a shower, bathtub, washbasin and toilet.

The house also has a large terrace, which is a nice place to enjoy the outdoors. You can take advantage of it to sunbathe, read a book.... You can consider it as an additional space to relax and enjoy your stay.

- Upon arrival and departure, you will be assisted by a representative of Albatros 14.
- The flat is fully furnished and equipped with electrical appliances.
- Sets of bed linen and towels are provided.
- Pets are not allowed inside the flat.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- If you wish, you can hire additional domestic service.
- We have cots and pushchairs for rent.
- We offer a pre-arrival shopping service (check availability).

Check-in and check-out times:
- Check-in is between 16:00 h and 21:00 h. After 21:00 h, you can pick up your keys in our safety deposit box installed in our offices (check conditions). If you prefer to be attended by our staff, you can request a late check-in between 21:00 h and 23:00 h with an additional cost of 30,00 €.
- Check-out must be done before 11:00 h.

Booking and payment conditions:
- A deposit of 25% is required to confirm the booking or 50% according to booking date.
- A further 25% is due 2 months prior to arrival (maximum payment date: 31/5).
- The rest of the payment is due at the time of key handover at our offices.
- A cash deposit of 300,00 € will be requested as a guarantee and to cover cleaning and laundry costs, the amount of which depends on the type of accommodation. The deposit will be refunded at check-out after inspection of the property.
- A cleaning surcharge applies.
