The accommodation

TOURIST APARTMENT BUILDING IN THE HEART OF ESTEPONA WITH VIEWS TO TERRACE STREET. WE HAVE A TOTAL OF 3 apartments each with capacity for a maximum of 6 people, and another 3 one-bedroom apartments with a maximum capacity of 4 people. The building also has two large terraces or solarium on its 4th floor with loungers for sunbathing and with unbeatable views of Estepona, the sea, the mountains and the historic center of the urban area of Estepona.
Each apartment has: individual WIFI, TV. Smart with payment applications, fully equipped kitchen, solar panels for hot water, hot and cold air conditioning, sofa bed in the living room. They are insulated with climalit windows, and in winter we have individual heaters for the rooms if they are requested by the guests. In summer each room has a ceiling fan with its remote control.
The location 1 minute from the center and shopping area, and 1 minute from PLAYA de la RADA. You can walk everywhere because of its proximity to everything. The apartments are 10 minutes from the Estepona marina, and other places of tourist interest likewise between 5 to 10 minutes. WE DO NOT HAVE A POOL in the building due to its proximity to the beach.
We carry out personalized check-in with turnkey delivery for your peace of mind. YOU CAN PAY BY CREDIT CARD upon delivery of the keys the rest of your stay or nights.
FOR OUR LONG-STAY GUESTS (29 days) we will deliver some presents and a gift tasting.
We have professional cleaning services with everything legalized and very strict cleaning protocols, likewise all our clothes have their cleaning process in a certified industrial laundry and with guarantees of disinfection and hygiene.
