Quinta dos silvas has 7000 square meters of land at your disposal, including an olive grove, an orchard and a garden with a swimming pool measuring 10 meters long and 5 meters wide, with salt water and heated by a heat pump.

In the pool area you will have at your disposal a regional kitchen with barbecue, wood oven and all the necessary kitchen utensils (pots, cutlery, crockery...) for your cooking and barbecues.

In the House, you will find a garage, parking space inside the property fence (4 cars), a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, 2 bathrooms and a living room.

In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer at your disposal.

There is the possibility of placing extra beds on request.
