Apartment with a maximum capacity for 4 people. Located next to restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, 10 meters from the Arenal beach and the promenade. From the bedroom window, there is a view of the sea and the beach. Excellent opportunity to disconnect on the Mediterranean coast with your family.

Interior: the salon has access to a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea, mountains, TV, sofa bed, double bed, dining table and 4 chairs, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, kitchen, refrigerator, and washing machine .

To complete the check-in process if it has not been previously done online:
- Provide the documentation of all the guests.
- Deposit a fee of €100 and pay for all additional services.
- Sign the rental contract.
- Collect keys.
Guests will then go to their accommodation.
The following are forbidden in the accommodation: smoking, parties, no more people than those indicated in the booking are allowed in the accommodation.

The apartments are at the complete disposal of guests, with the exception of a small closet where are the personal belongings of the owners.

The apartments are located 50 meters from the Arenal beach and the promenade, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops and 500 meters from a children's fair. You can visit, within one kilometer: the municipal swimming pool, tennis courts, sports complex of the city.
