Located in the centre of Calpe, close to all amenities and in a very quiet area that will allow you to walk everywhere and be able to relax and enjoy the tranquillity.
The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, spacious wardrobes and fans. The master bedroom has access to a private balcony overlooking the communal pool and the other bedroom has access to the large glazed terrace connected to the living room.
Separate kitchen with breakfast bar overlooking the living room, with oven, hob, washing machine, mini fridge, and large fridge on the terrace of the flat, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and basic kitchen and dining utensils.
Living room with sofa and flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi connection, terrace furniture and a complete bathroom with bathtub and shower.

To complete the check-in process if it has not been previously done online:
- Provide the documentation of all the guests.
- Deposit a fee of €150 and pay for all additional services.
- Sign the rental contract.
- Collect keys.
Guests will then go to their accommodation.
The following are forbidden in the accommodation: smoking, parties, no more people than those indicated in the booking are allowed in the accommodation.
