The accommodation

Interior: Large living room with access to 2 glazed terraces, 1 bedroom with double bed and en suite toilet, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, TV, sofa, dining table, bathroom with shower, kitchen, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, conditioner and wi-fi.

The flat is at the total disposal of the guests. Access to the communal swimming pool in the building.

The flat is located 400 meters from the Arenal beach and the promenade, in the immediate vicinity you can find many restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Less than a kilometre away you can find tennis courts and the city's sports complex.

Check-in and key collection must be done at the following address:

Check-out: 9:00-11:00
To complete the check-in process if it has not been previously done online:
- Provide the documentation of all the guests.
- Deposit a fee of €100 and pay for all additional services.
- Sign the rental contract.
- Collect keys.
Guests will then go to their accommodation.
The following are forbidden in the accommodation: smoking, parties, no more people than those indicated in the booking are allowed in the accommodation.

Welcome to our cosy flats located in the heart of Calpe, Alicante province on the Costa Blanca. A town with beautiful and picturesque white sandy beaches, national reserves of Peñon de Ifach and Las Salinas. The fascinating and seductive old town with its unforgettable and colourful streets with many restaurants, bars, public gardens and fountains.

The flats are located close to the Arenal beach and the promenade, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets. At 1200 m there is a children's fair with attractions. You can visit, at a distance of less than one kilometre: the municipal swimming pool, tennis courts, the urban sports complex and the old town.
