Puerto Banús, An Ideal Escape!

The accommodation

Our apartment is located in an exclusive condominium in the heart of Puerto Banús and has direct access to the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. You will enjoy a large space designed with delicacy and everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Enjoy the leisure and entertainment in Puerto Banús and Marbella. In addition, you can walk to the sea, restaurants, night life, shops, or markets. A perfect escape to remember!

In Spain, all guests over the age of 16 must be registered with the National Police when checking in using an official identification (passport for foreigners).
Only the people registered are allowed to enter the apartment.
We are not responsible for any damage suffered by guests or their companions during their stay.
Remember, you can never separate the set of keys from your keychain that is given to you.
It is not allowed to remove any of your furniture, belongings or towels from the property.
We trust in your care and in the proper treatment of the house and its belongings.
For this reason, the deposit will be returned in full the day after your departure, after cleaning and review.
In case of damage outside of normal use, it will be deducted from your deposit.

The apartment is equipped with home automation systems for air conditioning, locks and doors and we ask that you do not change the system. When leaving, close the door by pressing the lock closed on the keypad for one second. To open, enter the code sent to you and press the open lock. Parties are not allowed in the condominium and the hours of silence are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. When you leave, check that you have closed the doors and windows and that you take the automation & other keys & give them to the concierge. When you check out, the entry code stops working, so we recommend you take a look prior so you don't forget anything and leave the safe open.

Setting

From the apartment you can directly access the garden, condominium pool and then to the beach. You can enter the car park in the basement of the building and from there access the floor with an elevator. The parking space is free, you must use the access card. The spacious gardens are delightful to relax and enjoy. If you want privacy, you can also enjoy the apartment's private patio. The concierges are friendly and will be able to help you if you need it.

Activities and attractions

Located in the beautiful Andalucía del Mar condominium complex located on Playa del Duque (Duke’s Beach) in Puerto Banus. The area has everything you need without using a vehicle. 2 minutes to Playa del Duque, a 5 to 10 minute walk to the famous Port with the yachts, fine restaurants, shops & fantastic people watching.

The area is full of shopping, designer boutiques, & malls. You will find a gastronomical delight from fine dining to tapas at the local bar, more places than you will have time to visit. The center of Puerto Banus also has a lively nightlife to enjoy an excellent dinner & drinks to clubbing.

Only a short 15 minute ride from there is the Casco Viejo (Old Town) of Marbella, classic Costa del Sol & an entirely new experience.
